Refund
- Visiting or inspection charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable once the technician has visited.
- Refunds for advance payments, if any, will be processed only in genuine cases after review.
Spare Parts
If spare parts have already been ordered specifically for your repair, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.
